- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together milk, sour cream, melted butter, cheddar cheese, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blanched green beans and half of the biscuit mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining biscuit mix and additional cheese if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
