  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 soft flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced ripe tomatoes
  • ½ cup dill pickles (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoning salt until well combined.
  3. Prepare fillings by chopping lettuce and dicing tomatoes.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and add a scoop of beef mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  5. Fold the tortilla tightly to secure the filling; repeat with remaining tortillas.
  6. Cook burritos seam-side down in a heated skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes each).
  7. Slice burritos in half diagonally and serve warm with extra condiments.
