- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook chicken until golden brown (5-6 minutes per side). Remove and shred.
- Sauté carrots and peas in the same skillet for about 3-4 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Mix shredded chicken, wild rice blend, and sautéed vegetables in the baking dish. Pour sauce evenly over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
