Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and cocoa powder.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Add egg yolk to the creamed mixture and blend until combined.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients on low speed until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared sheets, pressing an indentation in the center of each ball.
