- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, and activated yeast mixture; mix until combined into a soft dough.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Prepare filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll out risen dough into a rectangle; spread softened butter over it and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Roll up the dough tightly and slice into approximately 12 pieces; place them in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
