Description

Delight in this creamy Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Cake, layered with rich vanilla ice cream and crunchy chocolate cookies, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups high-quality vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the cooled crust evenly.
  4. Sprinkle crushed cookies on top of the ice cream layer and smooth whipped topping over everything.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
