- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups high-quality vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Chocolate sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the cooled crust evenly.
