  • 1 round artisan loaf of bread
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the inside to create space for filling.
  2. Place the brie cheese inside the hollowed bread bowl. Add cranberry sauce generously on top.
