- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and cut Yukon Gold potatoes into evenly sized chunks.
- Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
- In a saucepan, melt butter with heavy cream and garlic over low heat until fragrant.
- Drain potatoes and return them to the pot; mash until smooth.
