- 8 oz thick-cut pepperoni
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package pizza dough (store-bought)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and sausage until browned, breaking apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Roll out half of the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ½ inch thick. Grease a pie pan with olive oil and press the dough into the bottom and sides.
- Layer the cooked meat mixture in the pan, followed by mozzarella cheese, then pepperoni slices.
- Cover with remaining dough, sealing edges well. Cut slits on top for steam to escape.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
