Ingredients

  • 4 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of cold water over medium heat until boiling. Cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for easy peeling.
  3. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a mixing bowl.
  4. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and smoked salmon until smooth.
