Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate eggs
  • Buttercream icing for decoration
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in both sugars until dissolved.
  3. 3. Remove from heat, mix in cocoa powder, and let it cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time.
  4. 4. Sift in flour and mix gently until just combined; fold in half of the mini chocolate eggs.
  5. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle remaining mini eggs on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. 6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bunny shapes and decorating with icing.
