  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gently clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. Finely chop the mushroom stems and sauté in olive oil over medium heat until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sautéed mushroom stems, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, herbs, and breadcrumbs until well combined.
  4. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the mixture and press down slightly.
