  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (mix of colors)
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, around 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Lower heat and mix in cream cheese until fully melted and combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish, top with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
