  • 2 medium starchy potatoes (e.g., Russets)

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, sautéed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the egg and water gradually. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
