Homemade Reuben Bake is a comforting and cheesy twist on the classic sandwich, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

- 8 slices rye bread
- 1 lb deli-sliced corned beef
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer half of the rye bread on the bottom of the dish. Top with half of the corned beef and sauerkraut.
- Sprinkle half of the Swiss cheese over the top and drizzle with half of the Thousand Island dressing.
- Repeat layering with remaining rye bread, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and dressing.
- Brush melted butter over the top layer and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
