- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange marinated chicken in a single layer. Drizzle remaining marinade over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- For extra flavor, mix additional hot honey with red pepper flakes and drizzle over cooked chicken before serving.
