Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until mixed. Press into an 8×8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and zest until smooth.
- Pour filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
