Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until mixed. Press into an 8×8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and zest until smooth.
  4. Pour filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
