  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce along with Italian seasoning and garlic powder; simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese with half of the mozzarella and some Parmesan until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, followed by half of the meat mixture, then spread the cheese mixture on top before layering remaining spaghetti and meat.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
