- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce along with Italian seasoning and garlic powder; simmer for about 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese with half of the mozzarella and some Parmesan until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, followed by half of the meat mixture, then spread the cheese mixture on top before layering remaining spaghetti and meat.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
