 - ½ cup warm milk
 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tsp salt
 - ½ cup unsalted butter (browned)
 - 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
 - ½ cup brown sugar
 - 2 large eggs
 - Powdered sugar (for glazing)
 
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, warm milk, and granulated sugar. Stir until smooth and let rest for 15-20 minutes.
 - Mix in the flour and salt until no dry flour remains.
 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm spot for 1-2 hours until doubled.
 - While the dough rises, brown the butter over low heat. Stir in cinnamon and set aside.
 - Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle (12×18 inches). Spread the brown butter mixture and sprinkle with brown sugar.
 - Roll tightly from one edge to form a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
 - Place rolls in greased baking pans and let them rise again for 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C).
