Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of muffin tins lined with cupcake liners.
- Bake the crusts for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool.

- Pour the filling into the cooled crusts without overflowing.
- Bake again for 10-15 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least one hour.
