  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 scallions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine softened butter and miso paste until creamy.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
