  • 2 cups pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, veggies, etc.)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease two round cake pans with olive oil.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface until about 1/4 inch thick; cut into circles to fit the pans.
  3. Layer one dough circle in each pan. Spread pizza sauce generously over the dough and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings until all ingredients are used.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
