- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully cut off the tops of the pumpkins to create lids.
- Scoop out the insides and seeds until smooth; save seeds for roasting if desired.
- Spoon pizza sauce into each pumpkin until just filled. Top generously with mozzarella cheese.
