  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cremini or shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot, add pasta, and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
  2. 2. Sauté mushrooms: In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown and crispy (5–7 minutes).
  3. 3. Add garlic and rosemary: Stir in minced garlic and chopped rosemary; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. 4. Create the sauce: Lower heat and add remaining butter and honey; stir until combined.
  5. 5. Combine: Drain cooked pasta (reserve some water) and add it to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with sauce. Add reserved water as needed.
