  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Optional toppings: nuts or caramel drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine ½ cup chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and creamy, stirring after each interval.
  3. Spread half of the mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top, followed by the remaining chocolate chips and then the rest of the mini marshmallows.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving with graham crackers or fruit sticks for dipping.
