- 2 tbsp cold water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Gradually add cold water until dough forms. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
- Toss pear slices with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a sprinkle of sugar in another bowl.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick; transfer it to your tart pan.
- Pour the pear mixture into the prepared crust evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are golden brown and filling is bubbly.
