- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract. Gradually add sifted flour mixed with baking soda and salt until just incorporated.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Drop mounds of dough onto prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
- While cookies cool on wire racks, whip softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Spread or drizzle over each cookie once cooled.
