Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling on each pastry square; top with 2-3 slices of strawberry.
  5. Fold corners towards the center, pinch to seal, and brush with egg wash.
