  • 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Peel and dice the sweet potatoes. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic and ginger.
