  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
  3. Pour the berry mixture into the prepared pie crust. Dot with butter.
  4. Optionally, add a top crust; cut slits for steam to escape.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 30–35 minutes until bubbling.
  6. Allow cooling for at least 1 hour before slicing.
