- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Pat dry ribs and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Rub mixture generously onto both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Remove from oven, uncover, brush with BBQ sauce, and bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for an additional 30 minutes.
