Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Pat dry ribs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Rub mixture generously onto both sides of the ribs.
  4. Wrap seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  6. Remove from oven, uncover, brush with BBQ sauce, and bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for an additional 30 minutes.
