- 1/4 cup sushi vinegar
- 4 sheets nori

Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook with water in a rice cooker or pot until fluffy.
- Transfer warm rice to a bowl, gently mix in sushi vinegar, and let cool.
- Slice cucumber and avocado into thin strips.
- On a bamboo sushi mat, lay one nori sheet shiny side down. Spread an even layer of rice over it, leaving an inch at the top.
- Place cucumber, avocado, and crab on the rice.
- Roll tightly from the bottom using the mat as a guide. Seal edge with water.
