- 8 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 yellow onions, quartered

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Remove giblets from the turkey cavity and pat the turkey dry with paper towels.

- Place onions inside the turkey cavity. Pour chicken broth in the roasting pan around the turkey. Baste every 30 minutes to keep it moist.
- Roast for approximately 13-15 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) at the thickest part of the breast.
- Let the turkey rest for at least 20-30 minutes before carving to allow juices to redistribute.
