  • 1 Ribeye Steak (1 lb)
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Bourbon
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Take the ribeye steak out of the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Pat the steak dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from the pan and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Deglaze the pan with bourbon.
  5. Add heavy cream and stir continuously until combined. Simmer for about 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  6. Slice the rested steak, drizzle with bourbon garlic cream sauce, and garnish with parsley before serving.
