  • 2 ripe dragon fruits (about 2 cups flesh)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the dragon fruits in half and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
