  • 34 fresh peaches, sliced
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Brew the tea: In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 4 black tea bags and steep for 5 minutes until dark amber.
  2. Prepare the peaches: While the tea cools, slice the fresh peaches into thin wedges.
  3. Sweeten: In a separate bowl, combine ½ cup granulated sugar with 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved.
  4. Combine: Strain the tea into a large pitcher. Add sliced peaches and stir in ¼ cup lemon juice.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least an hour to let flavors meld.
