Description

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with this vibrant green fruit salad, a refreshing medley of fresh fruits that adds a festive touch to any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tart Granny Smith apple, diced
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly under cool water. Slice the kiwis and apples into bite-sized pieces while keeping the grapes whole.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved grapes, kiwi slices, diced cantaloupe, and apple chunks. Toss gently until mixed.
  3. Drizzle fresh lime juice over the fruit mixture and add the chopped mint leaves. Toss gently to combine without mashing the fruits.
  4. If desired, drizzle honey over the salad and give it one final gentle toss. Enjoy immediately or chill for 20-30 minutes before serving.
