- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 tart Granny Smith apple, diced
- 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly under cool water. Slice the kiwis and apples into bite-sized pieces while keeping the grapes whole.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved grapes, kiwi slices, diced cantaloupe, and apple chunks. Toss gently until mixed.
- Drizzle fresh lime juice over the fruit mixture and add the chopped mint leaves. Toss gently to combine without mashing the fruits.
- If desired, drizzle honey over the salad and give it one final gentle toss. Enjoy immediately or chill for 20-30 minutes before serving.
