Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup cucumber (diced)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (assorted colors, diced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
