- 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced bell peppers, and red onion.
- Add the cooled pasta, black olives, and torn basil leaves to the vegetable mix. Gently toss to combine.
- Drizzle your preferred Italian dressing over the salad and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Toss lightly to coat all ingredients evenly.
