- Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Thyme to taste

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping onions and mincing garlic.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Return seared chicken to the skillet and cover. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through while cooking rice according to package instructions.
