  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ cups Oreos or chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp gelatin powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing well.
  3. Stir in sour cream and vanilla until completely incorporated.
  4. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add crushed Oreos to the filling and fold gently.
  6. Pour filling over the crust. Bake for about 50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Allow it to cool at room temperature, then chill overnight in the fridge.
