  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper until just combined.
