- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix with softened cream cheese until smooth. Blend in sour cream.
- Stir in drained corn, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Mix remaining melted butter with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
