  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste or fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and place them in the crockpot.
  2. Add minced garlic, teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger paste, and sesame oil. Stir gently to coat the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot using two forks and mix it with the sauce.
