Instant Pot Chicken is the ultimate solution for quick, delicious weeknight dinners. In just under 30 minutes, you can enjoy tender, flavorful chicken infused with garlic and herbs, making it perfect for family gatherings or busy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  3. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the pot and sear each side for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and add dried thyme, ensuring all chicken is submerged.
  5. Close the lid and set to ‘Manual’ mode on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  6. Once cooking is complete, allow natural pressure release for 5 minutes before releasing any remaining steam.
