Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by dicing the garlic and seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set your Instant Pot to ‘Sauté’ mode. Add olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the pot and sear each side for about 2 minutes.
