Description

One Pot Spaghetti is your go-to recipe for a quick, satisfying meal that doesn’t skimp on flavor. In just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces of spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth or chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent (about 5 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and diced bell pepper; cook for another 3 minutes.
  2. Add spaghetti, diced tomatoes with juice, broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking; add more broth if needed.
  4. Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
