Easy Granola Bowl

  • Author: Emma Taylor

Description

A quick and satisfying breakfast bowl with creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy granola, ready in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup (170g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (75g) sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (50g) granola
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Select a medium-sized breakfast bowl.
  2. Spoon the Greek yogurt into the bottom of the bowl, spreading it into an even layer.
  3. Arrange the sliced strawberries over the yogurt. You can place them in a pattern or scatter them casually.
  4. Sprinkle the granola evenly over the strawberries and yogurt.
  5. If using, drizzle the honey or maple syrup over the top.
  6. Serve immediately for the best texture.

Notes

  • For the best experience, serve right after assembling. The granola will soften if it sits in the yogurt for too long.
  • Feel free to get creative with your bowl. Add a spoonful of nut butter, a sprinkle of chia seeds, or a dash of cinnamon.
  • To prepare this for the next morning, store the yogurt, fruit, and granola in separate containers in the fridge and assemble just before eating.
