Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, smoked paprika, black pepper, and brown sugar to create the marinade.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for optimal flavor.
  3. Preheat your Traeger grill to 450°F (232°C).
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and let excess drip off. Grill on high heat for about 5-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
